Our chef Steve Mallia is a renowned chef with a vast experience and who has been a chef all his life. Having worked in various catering niches, from Michelin star restaurants, to hotels, to top catering establishments both locally and abroad, he prepares exquisite dishes every time. By keeping abreast with the current market trends, his expertise lies in both modern dishes as well as in the local Maltese kitchen, for that home made feeling. Being a seasoned professional, Steve always works with the freshest and finest ingredients for mind blowing flavours. He highly values his work and strives to exceed customers’ expectations every time.
